The Employee Review (ER) is a 126-item, self-report screening instrument, or test that takes around 20 to 25 minutes to complete. Scored and printed reports are available within 3 minutes. The ER is based upon the premise that good employees are worth retaining - even when employment obstacles or problems emerge.
The ER identifies employee problems, like growing negativity, disgruntled attitude, working under extreme stress (impaired stress management skills), or substance (alcohol and other drugs) abuse. When obstacles are identified, specific interventions, or ways to deal with these problems are offered. Objective assessment and specific, problem-related recommendations can help. When employers can offer "corrective intervention" to help employees keep their jobs, employee turnover is often reduced and kept to a minimum.
